Job summary

Ashridge Court Care Home near Bexhill-on-Sea in East Sussex is seeking a Care Assistant to join a friendly team delivering high-quality, person-centred care. The role supports residents with daily living, personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, guided by care plans and a focus on dignity and respect.

We offer full training, ongoing development, and a welcoming workplace. DBS check and uniform are provided; 5.6 weeks annual leave pro-rated for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.
• NVQ Level 2 is desirable or willingness to work towards.
