Job summary

Care Concern Group Limited is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for Ashlea Court Care Home. The role covers 36 hours per week at £13.60 per hour, with paid PVG, pension and uniform provided. 5.6 weeks annual leave is offered based on a full-time contract.

You will assist residents with daily living, follow care plans and help maintain dignity, independence and wellbeing in a supportive team environment.

• Previous care experience is beneficial but not required.

Our care home is nestled in the urban yet accessible Ashgill. We offer Nursing, Residential, Dementia & Respite care for 86-residents.

Care Assistant Contract

• £13.60 per hour
• Contracted to 36 hours per week
• Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.

You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
