Job summary

Care Concern Group Limited, through Bothwell Castle Care Home in South Lanarkshire, is hiring a Care Assistant on a full-time, on-site basis. You will support residents with daily living, dignity and wellbeing, following care plans and contributing to a warm, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop; training provided.
• Previous care experience beneficial but not essential.
• SVQ Level 2 desirable or willingness to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living including personal care and mobility.
• Assist with nutrition and emotional wellbeing.
• Follow care plans and report changes in condition.
• Work with a supportive team to create a warm, respectful environment.
