The role suits someone creative, organised and warm, with a passion for improving the lives of older people. Flexibility for some evenings and weekends is expected, and prior care or activities experience is a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to residents' interests and abilities.
• Create a warm, inclusive, and social environment for all.
• Support residents in maintaining hobbies and discovering new ones.
• Organise social events, seasonal celebrations, and community involvement.
• Coordinate outings and excursions to promote wellbeing and variety.
• Work closely with care staff and families to support holistic wellbeing.
• Record participation and feedback to ensure meaningful engagement.
