Job summary

Bridge Oak Care Homes is recruiting a Wellbeing Coordinator for Kesteven Grange in Hull. You will plan and deliver activities that enrich residents' lives, promote social wellbeing, and support independence with person-centred care.

The role is permanent, full-time (35 hours per week, some evenings and weekends) with a friendly, inclusive team. If you’re creative and organized and want to make a meaningful difference for older adults, we’d love to hear from you.

• Planning and delivering engaging activities tailored to residents.

• Coordinating outings and excursions to promote wellbeing and variety.
• Working with care staff and families to support holistic wellbeing.
• Recording participation and feedback to ensure meaningful engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Organising social events, seasonal celebrations, and community involvement
• Coordinating outings and excursions to promote wellbeing and variety
• Working closely with care staff and families to support holistic wellbeing
• Recording participation and feedback to ensure meaningful engagement
