A well-established, Legal 500-ranked law firm with a strong reputation across Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced

Company Commercial Solicitor (5+ PQE)

to join its specialist team on a part-time basis, working

2 days per week (14.5 hours) .Working closely with the Partner and Head of Company Commercial, you will handle a varied commercial caseload and play an active role in developing the firm's company and commercial offering. Requirements:

• Qualified and practising Solicitor with
• 5+ years' PQE
• Strong practical experience in company commercial work and commercial contracts
• Excellent drafting, communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercially minded with a genuine interest in business development
• Strong organisation and ability to manage competing priorities
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to working with clients across Hertfordshire and surrounding areas
