Job summary

LJ Recruitment seeks an experienced Company Commercial Solicitor with 5+ PQE for a part-time role in Hertford. The successful candidate will work 2 days per week (14.5 hours) and handle a varied commercial caseload within a Legal 500-ranked firm.

You will advise on commercial matters, draft documentation, and build client relationships while contributing to business development and growth of the department.

Qualifications

• Qualified and practising solicitor with 5+ years' PQE.
• Strong practical experience in company commercial work and commercial contracts.
• Excellent drafting, communication and interpersonal skills.

Company Commercial Solicitor | 5+ PQE | Hertford | Part-Time

A well-established, Legal 500-ranked law firm with a strong reputation across Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced Company Commercial Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its specialist team on a part-time basis, working 2 days per week (14.5 hours).

Working closely with the Partner and Head of Company Commercial, you will handle a varied commercial caseload and play an active role in developing the firm's company and commercial offering. The role provides an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive, collaborative and progressive environment, with no existing following required.

Requirements:

• Qualified and practising Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE

• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team
