Job summary

Stonehaven (Healthcare) Ltd in Exminster seeks a Wellbeing & Activities Co-ordinator to plan and coordinate a residents' activity and volunteer programme. The role is hands-on, with duties including liaising with external providers, maintaining activity records and ensuring accessibility for all residents.

The position works 25 hours per week, is site-based, and requires a compassionate, organised individual with excellent English communication, IT literacy, and a current DBS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities and volunteer programme within the home.
• Engage with external providers to inspire activities and engagement.
• Create a monthly programme of events with the General Manager.
• Ensure residents have access to varied activities in communal areas.
• Record participation and outcomes in electronic care notes.
• Offer one-to-one engagement for residents unable to join group events.
