National Trust is seeking a Community, Participation & Volunteer Co-Ordinator to champion engagement, coordinate activities and grow inclusive volunteering opportunities. Based in Blakeney with duties across the Norfolk Coast, Broads & Sheringham portfolio, you’ll support partners, volunteers and staff while maintaining strong community links.

You’ll carry out duty manager responsibilities and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive visitor journey with data-informed decision making and proactive

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of community engagement and participatory practice.
• Experience increasing community participation and developing inclusive opportunities.
• Experience managing and supporting a team of people.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coach and support others and work collaboratively across teams.
• Confident using data/insight to guide decisions.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, GDPR, and equality legislation.
• Proactive, empathetic and inclusive approach.
