City & County Healthcare Group Ltd (Care By Us) is recruiting a Community Support Worker to assist people in their own homes in Markyate, Hertfordshire. You’ll help maintain independence, routines and community connections, with flexible shifts across mornings, evenings, weekdays and weekends.

The role focuses on companionship, practical care and enabling choice, with training provided. A local round means you can work close to home, with walking or driving options where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Personal care: supporting washing, dressing, bathing and toileting with dignity.
• Medication support: reminders or assistance in line with care plans.
• Meals and drinks: preparing meals and helping with eating and drinking.
• Mobility: helping people move safely with equipment as trained.
• Everyday tasks: light housework, laundry and shopping assistance.
• Companionship: conversation, reassurance and a listening ear.
• Keeping colleagues informed: record care accurately and report changes or concerns.
