City & County Healthcare Group Ltd (Care By Us) is recruiting a Community Support Worker to assist people in their own homes in Markyate, Hertfordshire. You’ll help maintain independence, routines and community connections, with flexible shifts across mornings, evenings, weekdays and weekends.

The role focuses on companionship, practical care and enabling choice, with training provided. A local round means you can work close to home, with walking or driving options where applicable.

Responsibilities

Local work in Markyate

This vacancy covers a small, local care round in Markyate.

We welcome both local walkers and drivers. If you'll be walking between visits, you must live locally and be able to reach clients' homes reliably. A driving licence and vehicle are not essential for this round.

Drivers using their vehicle for travel between clients will receive 30p per mile.

Our care services operate seven days a week, with working patterns covering mornings, evenings, weekdays and weekends.
