Job summary

Autism Initiatives on the Isle of Man is seeking friendly Support Workers for our Residential services. A valid manual driving licence is welcomed, and you will support autistic people to live as independently as possible at central and northern locations with easy bus routes.

The role is 37.5 hours per week, with salary £31,300–£34,843 per year. We offer company-paid enhanced DBS, comprehensive training, and clear progression pathways, plus support to obtain the Diploma Level 3 qualification,

Qualifications

• Experience is not essential, but a genuine desire to make a difference to the lives of people with autism.
• Positive attitude and willingness to develop skills.
• Manual driving licence is welcomed.
