Cheshire East Council is expanding its Community Support Worker team in Crewe and Nantwich. You will provide 24-hour person-centred support to help people maintain tenancies, manage daily living tasks and achieve personal goals. No experience required; full induction and ongoing training offered.

Shifts include 8am–10pm with optional sleep-ins. We offer a flexible hybrid/remote working pattern where possible, enhanced leave, salary sacrifice schemes, and progression from £26,427 to £26,847 pro

Qualifications

• Full induction and ongoing training provided.
• Ability to work a rota including alternate weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour person-centred support to service users.
• Help with tenancy sustainment and daily living tasks.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, food preparation, finances, and community engagement.
