Alternative Futures Group is seeking a Support Worker to help people live as independently as possible across home and community settings. Each person has a personalised plan focused on their needs and aspirations.

No prior care experience is required, as full training is provided. You’ll be part of a values-led team with flexible shifts, including days, nights and weekends, and opportunities for long-term career development within Health & Social Care.

• Flexible to work a range of shifts including day shifts, waking nights, sleep ins and weekends
