Voyage Care is looking for a caring Support Worker in Norton-on-Derwent. The role involves helping people gain more independence through daily activities, personal care and community engagement in a dynamic residential team.

Typical shifts include 07:30-14:30, 14:30-21:30 and 21:30-07:30, with enhanced pay for evenings, weekends, and overtime. No prior experience is required, just a genuine passion for improving quality of life for the people we support.

Typical Shifts include working both Days and Nights: 07:30-14:30, 14:30-21:30, 21:30-07:30

As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

Our residential service in Norton is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in local bars and pubs, the next you could be unwinding with them playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema.
