Job summary

The Methodist Church in Britain is advertising a Band 3 Community Care Assistant role in the City District Nursing Team serving Wye Valley NHS Trust. Job description

This band 3 post supports band 5 Community Staff Nurses in the City District Nursing Team at Wye Valley NHS Trust, which keeps patients at home and out of hospital. Work centres on home visits for observations, venous bloods and wound care, plus health education.
