Job description

We are seeking two Community Support Workers to join one of our community-based services in Brinnington, Stockport. Our service aims to provide extensive care, specialist positive behaviour support, and promote independence and inclusion within the local community. We work to empower individuals to take control of their own lives. The main focus is to provide the highest level of support to enable greater independence, choice, and fulfilment for individuals.

Working Pattern

32.5 hours per week. Hours range from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Some evening and weekend work is also required on a rota.

Salary

£21,406.67 plus enhanced pay for weekend hours of +25% hourly rate.

– Full-time equivalent salary for 37.5 hours is £24,700.00 (Real Living Wage £21.67 per hour).

Location

– Berwick Day Service, Brinnington, Stockport, a Together Trust Service.
