Job summary

Mash Care is seeking an Experienced Support Worker – Community Based to provide one-to-one support to young adults in their homes and in the community across Shrewsbury, Church Stretton and surrounding areas.

Join a small, dedicated team with flexible shifts including full-time hours, sleepovers and a mix of day and evening slots. The role offers competitive pay (£13.50-£14.00 per hour), bank holiday overtime, and mileage allowance, with training and ongoing support.

Whether you're looking for full-time hours, longer shifts, sleepovers, or a few shifts each week to fit around other commitments, we'd be happy to discuss options that work for you.

We have a range of shifts available, including:

• 15:00 – 22:00
• 08:00 – 22:00
• 15:00 – 20:00

There are opportunities to work longer 24-48 hour packages with sleepovers, day shifts only, or solely sleepover shifts, depending on the needs of the service and your availability. We aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring continuity of care and support for the individuals we work with.

Pay Rate: £13.50 - £14.00 per hour

Bank Holiday Rate: Time and a Half
