The Vacancy
PART TIME - 30hrs -4 Days with 1 Late shift - Flexible Hours
Portsmouth Young People Services provides supported accommodation for up to 83 young people between the age of 16 and 25, including care leavers and looked after children. The service operates across three locations, each is tailored to the needs of the clients and offer various levels of support.
Our aim is to support to young people with their individual needs to enable then to gain life skills to move on to lower or independent supported living.

JOB PURPOSE
To lead on the case management of clients and be part of a team that provides support to clients living in the community to keep them safe and help them achieve their goals.
To provide people with homes and specialist support so they feel more valued and secure, and ready to take the next steps
