You will be required to support the District Nursing Team to deliver excellent evidence based treatment and care to the practice population of house bound patients.

You will be required to have knowledge and experience to be able to support this role and an appropriate SVQ is desirable. Our service offers regular supervision and supports training opportunities.

You must have an ability to travel across the Fife-wide division if the service warrants it and to provide evening cover as required.

You will be required to work within a 24 hour, 7 day Community Nursing Service. The post will include working weekends and public holidays.

For informal enquiries, please contact Ann Beaton on 07814 419485 or email Ann.Beaton@nhs.scot or alternatively – Donna Sneddon (Team Lead) on 07748 761045 or email donna.sneddon@nhs.scot.
