As a ‘Community Care Support Worker,’ you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to individuals within our community. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting a client in developing life skills and participating in community activities to enhance their overall quality of life.
• Supporting clients with ongoing rehabilitation to enhance their daily lives and support them to remain independent.
• Working with client groups with a variety of mental health diagnoses or long-term health conditions.
• Maintaining your own personal and professional development with full training and support from Alcedo Care.
• Being responsible for recording accurate and detailed notes which will help to support the ongoing assessment of clients' care needs and required support.
