Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting a Female Community Support Worker in West Cumbria to support a resident in her own home.

12-week Temporary to Permanent Contract
Full Time 12-hour Shifts Monday – Sunday
£15.36ph Umbrella Ltd

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and patient Support Worker dedicated to supporting people reach their maximum potential.

  • The successful Support Worker will care for your client on a live-in or home visit basis, where you will have the opportunity to work one-to-one in a calm environment that feels secure for the resident.
  • As a Support Worker, you will also need to be proactive in completing regular supervisions with staff and set a leading example of good practice.

Person Specification
  • 2 years’ minimum experience working within Mental Health services including DID, Eating Disorder, and self-harm.
  • Strong communication and engagement skills.
  • Car Driver with Full UK Licence.
  • You will have a caring and empathetic attitude.
  • Transferable fully enhanced DBS.
