Job summary

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at A-D or 3-9 or equivalent.
• NVQ care level 2 or 3, or willingness to work towards it.

Responsibilities

• Provide stroke specialist rehabilitation in the community.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team under supervision of registered staff.
• Work in a variety of community settings, including patients' homes.
• Deliver indirect tasks supporting patient care and therapy (record keeping, equipment management).
• Work weekends.
