Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Stroke Rehabilitation Assistant to support clinical teams delivering high-quality patient care in community settings across Kent.

The role focuses on applying up-to-date clinical knowledge, supporting frontline NHS teams, and keeping patients at the center of professional practice. Flexible working arrangements may be discussed with the employer.

Qualifications

• Relevant level 3 qualification (NVQ, QCF diploma, certificate of care or advanced apprenticeship) or equivalent.
• Functional Skills Level 2 in English and maths, or GCSE grade A-C or equivalent.
