Croydon Health Services NHS Trust is recruiting a Community Staff Nurse to work 10 hours per week in the Out of Hours slots from 18:00 to 23:00, with two evenings and three evenings a week. Main duties of the job

• Promote the mental, physical and emotional and social health of individuals, families and groups.
• Provide a high standard of care to individuals and families.
• Be aware of the needs of patients and their relatives and have knowledge of statutory and voluntaryservices.
• Be an effective member of a Nursing Team working within the community directorate.
• To be responsible for the caseload management and supervision of the nursing team, in the absence of the District Nurse/ Caseload Holder.
