Job summary

School Space is seeking a part-time Community Connector at The Charter School Bermondsey in London. You will open and close schools on evenings and weekends, ensure great customer service during bookings, and help with setup and tidy after events.

You'll join a team of Community Connectors, receive training, and be supported by a line manager and On Call team. This role fits around other commitments and requires a DBS clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environments.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• DBS check required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Open and close assigned local schools in evenings/weekends; be a key holder and stay onsite during bookings.
• Provide great customer service and communicate updates to the operations team.
• Carry out checks as necessary and perform light cleaning/tidying after bookings.
• Set up and clear away tables and chairs for events, including exam periods.
