Job summary

School Space is seeking a part-time Community Connector at The Grange Academy in Bushey to welcome attendees, manage spaces and ensure smooth bookings during evenings and weekends. You will be responsible for opening/closing, setting up tables/chairs, and maintaining high customer service standards.

The role requires flexible availability, DBS check clearance, and collaboration with the on-call team and line managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment with focus on great service.
• Flexible, organised approach to work to support bookings.
• Strong communication and on-site reliability for evening/weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Open and close assigned local school in evenings and weekends, acting as key holder and staying on site during bookings.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate updates to the operations team.
