Qualifications

• Strong auditory and perceptual skills for assessment and intervention.
• Ability to plan and deliver treatment packages for adults with communication and swallowing disorders.
• Experience in community settings and collaboration with MDTs.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to National and local standards and guidelines (CQ3/HCPC).
• Manage own caseload with complex cases across community settings.
• Supervise junior colleagues and students; provide education to carers and families.
• Attend staff meetings and contribute to audits and quality measures.
