Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to provide a clinical and advisory SLT service across pre-school and school-age children, including social communication differences. The role spans community clinics, children’s centres and early years settings, requiring collaboration with MDTs and families.

You will manage a caseload, deliver evidence-based interventions, and supervise assistants while maintaining professional standards and supervision.

Qualificações

• Clinician must provide clinical and advisory SLT services with evidence-based practice.
• Deliver assessment and therapy for pre-school and school-age children.
• Demonstrate ability to plan and evaluate therapy and supervise assistants.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, diagnose and treat Speech and Language needs in child/young people.
• Deliver therapy across community clinics and early years settings.
• Collaborate with health, education and families in multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide supervision and reflective practice for SLT assistants.
