Job summary

Outwood Grange Academies Trust is seeking an experienced and values-driven Lead SENDCo to take on a community-led role across four academies: Ripon, Easingwold, Bydales and Normanby. Based at Outwood Academy Ripon, the role will split time across the schools to shape SEND provision at both academy and community level.

This is a wider impact role focusing on SSP practice, coaching and leadership across the Trust, with collaboration and inclusive excellence beyond a single school.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading SEND provision across multiple schools.
• Ability to develop SSPs and implement high-quality plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development of SSP practice.
• Ensure high quality, meaningful and impactful SSPs and plans.
• Evaluate impact and refine provision to help SEND students thrive.
• Provide coaching and CPD for Assistant SENDCos and SENDCos within the community.
