Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold QTS and be a qualified SENDCo with a proven track record in supporting SEN pupils and managing staff. Strong communication with parents and professionals is essential to deliver effective provision.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SEND provision within a secondary school.
• Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and inclusion practice.
• Ability to support staff development and coaching of teaching staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SEND provision to raise achievement for pupils with SEN.
• Collaborate with the Inclusion team to plan and deliver support strategies.
• Plan and deliver professional development for staff on inclusion and SEND requirements.
• Liaise with parents and professionals to secure positive life chances for students.
