Job summary

CIH Scotland in the United Kingdom is seeking a Community Safety Manager to help create safe, sustainable communities by tackling anti-social behaviour, tenancy breaches and safety concerns. You’ll manage a varied caseload, investigate cases, gather evidence and prepare court documents.

Working with customers, partners and agencies, you’ll lead prevention projects, support vulnerable individuals, and contribute to positive neighbourhood outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing anti-social behaviour and tenancy enforcement.
• Proven ability to prepare legal documentation and attend court.
• Experience investigating tenancy breaches and harassment.
• Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle and willing to travel.
• Ability to interpret housing and tenancy legislation.

Responsibilities

• Investigate complex cases and gather evidence.
• Prepare notices and witness statements for court.
• Represent the business in court proceedings.
• Provide guidance on tenancy enforcement to colleagues.
• Collaborate with social services, police and support services.
