Places for People seeks a Community Safety Manager to help create safe, sustainable communities by tackling anti-social behaviour, tenancy breaches and safety concerns. You will manage a varied caseload, prioritising early intervention and proportionate action, with collaboration across customers, colleagues and external agencies.

You will investigate complex cases, gather evidence, prepare legal documents and represent the business in court where required.

Qualificações

• Experience handling anti-social behaviour or tenancy enforcement cases.
• Experience preparing legal enforcement actions and witness statements.
• Experience investigating tenancy breaches, harassment or nuisance cases.
• Full UK driving licence with own vehicle and willingness to travel within area.
• Ability to interpret housing legislation in casework and enforcement.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate complex community safety cases and tenancy enforcement matters.
• Gather evidence, prepare notices and witness statements for court proceedings.
• Support colleagues and partners to resolve breaches effectively.
• Represent the business in court when required and liaise with agencies.
