Job summary

Oxford City Council is seeking a Community Response Team Officer to join the Oxford-based team on a hybrid basis. You will help prevent and investigate anti-social behaviour, tackle noise complaints and environmental crime, and carry out enforcement and compliance visits to keep the city safe and welcoming.

We value a customer-centric approach, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage complex cases.

Qualifications

• Experience in community safety investigations.
• Ability to manage complex cases.
• Strong attention to detail and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Prevent and investigate anti-social behaviour, noise complaints, environmental crime and community safety.
• Conduct interventions, enforcement and compliance visits to address issues.
• Contribute to making Oxford a cleaner and safer place to live, visit or work.
• Join the Community Response Team with a customer-centric work ethic.
