Birmingham City Council is seeking two Community Safety Analysts to join our Community Safety Team. This is a pivotal role at the heart of the Birmingham Community Safety Partnership (BCSP), acting as the central intelligence resource that drives evidence-led decision-making.
You will provide both strategic insight and operational analysis to tackle crime, anti-social behaviour, and emerging community safety risks across the city.
We’re seeking an experienced analyst with a passion for using data and intelligence to improve community safety outcomes. You’ll bring a strong analytical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic and operational decision-making.
