Store Manager - Chingford
Location: The Co-operative Food, 1-13 Station Road, Chingford, E4 7BJ
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum plus great benefits
Contract: Permanent

We’re looking for a skilled Store Manager to join our retail team. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

As a Store Manager, you will:

  • Guide the store's commercial and community strategies
  • Lead and develop your team, ensuring an excellent shopping experience for customers, colleagues, and members

You will need experience in team leadership and working in a busy, service-oriented environment. Strong communication skills, resilience, problem-solving abilities, and commercial awareness are essential.
