Job summary

Provide Community seeks a Respiratory Practitioner to join our community respiratory team delivering care to adults with chronic lung conditions across Essex and surrounding regions. The role involves clinics in the community, home visits, spirometry, oxygen therapy support, and participation in the virtual ward model to reduce hospital admissions.

Qualifications

• Holistic community-based respiratory care experience preferred.
• Ability to perform and interpret basic respiratory assessments.
• Experience working in MDT settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Run community respiratory clinics and home visits.
• Provide holistic assessments and treatment within the community.
• Participate in the Virtual Respiratory ward and MDTs with specialists.
• Engage in teaching, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
