Job summary

Provide CIC in Chelmsford is seeking a Respiratory Practitioner to join the Mid Essex Community Respiratory Team. This role covers 22.5 hours per week across Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with community clinics, home visits and involvement in a virtual ward.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Physiotherapy, HPC registration and portfolio evidence of postgraduate learning and experience
• Registered Nurse on part 1 of the NMC plus 2 years post graduate experience
• Management Qualification/experience
• Independent/supplementary prescriber

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based holistic assessments and treat patients in community clinics and home visits
• Run respiratory clinics and carry out home visits
• Be involved in the Virtual Respiratory ward and develop ARTP spirometry competencies
• Gain competencies to take and interpret blood gases
