Job summary

Choice Care Group in the Sheffield area is seeking an Outreach Rehabilitation Support Worker to help people regain skills and quality of life after a life-changing injury.

The role involves doing interesting activities, working with a supportive team to find creative solutions, and delivering comprehensive training. Applicants must have a UK driving licence and access to a vehicle; weekend work may be required, and there are excellent development opportunities.

• Support individuals in their own homes and communities.

Salary: £13.45 per Hour

As this role is in the community supporting individuals in theo own homes, communities and workplaces, it is essential to be a driver and car owner. This role includes working on a varied rota including weekend work (If preferred, there may be the opportunity for you to do some work in our residential rehab service)
