Job summary

Kerwin Court in Horsham seeks a Rehabilitation Support Worker to support adults with acquired brain injuries. You will assist with independence, promote confidence, and work with an experienced multidisciplinary team.

We value your personality and provide training and development. A driving licence is essential, and medication administration training can be provided as needed.

Rehabilitation Support Worker

Location:**** Broadbridge Heath/Horsham/Slinfold

Salary:A competitive rate of up to £14.21 per hour plus £1 location allowance

Hours:Part time and full time work available.

Shifts are on a rotational basis - This is a 4 week rolling which includes weekend hours.

• Enjoy teamwork and take pride in getting a job done well alongside your colleagues
• Have excellent face to face communication skills and a good standard of literacy
• Have good time management skills and the ability to prioritise your own workload.
• A manual Driving License is essential for this role.
• Must be able to administer medication, or be prepared to be trained in medication.
• Experience of supported living is preferred.
