Job summary

Choice Care in the Sheffield area is seeking an Outreach Rehabilitation Support Worker to help people regain skills and improve quality of life after a life-changing injury.

You'll work in the community, support individuals in their own homes, with a rota including weekends, and receive comprehensive training. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. This full-time role offers varied, rewarding work within a collaborative team and opportunities for career development.

Salary:£13.45 per Hour

As this role is in the community supporting individuals in theo own homes, communities and workplaces, it is essential to be a driver and car owner. This role includes working on a varied rota including weekend work (If preferred, there may be the opportunity for you to do some work in our residential rehab service)
