Job summary

Choice Care seeks a Neuro Rehabilitation Support Worker for their residential service in Holmewood, near Chesterfield. The role supports individuals with brain injury to regain skills and confidence, enabling more independent living.

You will work with our neuro-therapy team across goals and strategies, in a compassionate, proactive and positive team environment. Hours are 33 per week with a pay rate of £13.45 per hour, including weekend rotas.
