Job summary

Slough Borough Council is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the Reablement and Independence Service (RIS). The role focuses on empowering individuals to regain or maintain independence in their own homes through strength-based assessments, rehabilitation, and recovery-focused interventions.

Work will be conducted within a multidisciplinary team, with duties including collaboration across Local Access Point and discharge planning.
