Job summary

Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a local authority on a 2–3 month contract, delivering community-based assessments and reablement interventions in Solihull. You will work with individuals, carers and multidisciplinary teams to promote independence, assess needs, and develop outcome-focused care plans while ensuring compliance with Care Act and safeguarding standards.

Hybrid home/office arrangement available.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
• HCPC Registration.
• Minimum 2 years PQE in Occupational Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Undertake community-based Occupational Therapy assessments.
• Develop person-centered intervention plans with individuals and carers.
• Deliver reablement-focused interventions to reduce long-term care needs.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and health professionals.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
