The team in Hounslow seeks a compassionate professional to provide personalized support tailored to patients' needs, contributing to improved quality of life.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Demonstrating an advanced understanding of mental health signs and symptoms, and supporting and training junior staff to develop their own understanding
• Recognizing and responding appropriately to challenging behavior in accordance with Trust policies and training
• Having in-depth knowledge of the Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards
• Contributing to effective communication by providing accurate information to patients, carers, families, and friends

Requirements:

• A BSc (Hons) or equivalent degree in mental health nursing
• Significant relevant clinical experience
• At least 2 years of experience working as a CPN/RMN in the UK
• Enhanced DBS check within the last 12 months (preferably on the update service)
• Registration with the NMC
• Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle (advantageous)
