Job summary

Livewell Southwest is seeking a Community Phlebotomy role in the Plymouth area. You will support care in patients' homes and community locations, performing venepuncture and monitoring blood pressure as part of a broader district nursing team.

The role emphasises autonomous working, strong communication with patients and multidisciplinary teams, and regular travel between sites. Training and progression opportunities are available within Livewell Southwest.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform Venepuncture and track patient safety.
• Autonomous practitioner with ability to work in community settings.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood samples by venepuncture in patients' homes or community locations.
• Measure blood pressure and monitor patient condition as part of care plan.
• Travel between Livewell Southwest sites and community locations as required.
