The role of the phlebotomist is to provide a support service to the Long Term Condition (LTC) Services, ensuring patients can access timely appointments for venepuncture. This allows LTC service teams to manage treatment and conditions effectively.

This role is primarily based in community clinics across the county and involves providing domiciliary phlebotomy in patients' homes, particularly for housebound individuals.

Working as a lone practitioner in the community across various sites and patients' homes.
