Job summary

Boots is hiring a pharmacist to deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services with strong clinical expertise. You’ll lead patient safety, drive adherence to professional standards, and work closely with the Store Manager to grow the healthcare team's capabilities.

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Experience leading patient and customer care in a pharmacy setting.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset with coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using in-store and digital tools.
• Lead patient safety and pharmacy compliance standards.
• Monitor and continually improve standards of care and safety.
• Work with Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team.
• Coach, mentor and support colleagues across the team.
• Represent Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals.
