Responsibilities

• Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using in-store and digital tools.
• Leading professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance.
• Monitoring, evaluating, and improving standards of care and safety.
• Work with Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team.
• Growing talent reflecting the communities served; coaching and mentoring colleagues.
• Represent Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals.
