Job summary

The Victims and Survivors Service is seeking a Community Partnership Officer to develop, support and guide funded community partners delivering services to victims and survivors. The role involves coordinating with diverse stakeholders across the Troubles-related sectors to help achieve measurable outcomes.

The position is permanent with a salary range of £37,694 - £38,990 per annum, and requires experience in programme delivery, strong reporting skills, and a valid UK driving license.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (Maths and English) at grade C or above.
• 3+ years in programme or project delivery.
• Experience building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to plan and manage workload to deadlines.
• Experience preparing management reports with qualitative and quantitative data.
• UK Driving Licence with access to a car (waiver if disability prohibits driving).

Responsibilities

• Provide development, support and guidance to VSS funded Community Partner organisations.
• Support delivery of services to victims and survivors of the Troubles/conflict and related groups.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and outcomes.
